Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you win the scuttle fight against Nasus due to your superior mobility and burst with Q-W-Q, as Nasus has no gap-close and relies on slow auto-attack trading that you can disengage from.
- At level 6, Blue Kayn wins the 1v1 by staying inside Nasus with E to negate his Q stacks' damage output and sustaining through W, while Red Kayn can burst him down before his W slow becomes a death sentence if you commit to a full combo without overextending.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Nasus will almost certainly run a standard full clear, prioritizing Blue side into Gromp-Blue-Wolves or Red side into Raptors-Red-Krugs, then farming his own camps repeatedly to stack Q as fast as possible.
- He is unlikely to invade you or contest scuttle aggressively early, as his pre-6 dueling is weak and his entire gameplan is passive stacking.
Invade or Not
- You should invade Nasus at his second or third buff camp around 3:15–4:00, particularly at his Red Buff or Gromp, as he has no escape tools and you can force a fight he cannot win at that stage.
- Denying even one camp significantly delays his Q stacking and power spike, which is your primary objective since his mid-to-late game becomes extremely difficult to deal with.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not let fights drag on into extended trades where Nasus can stack multiple Q hits on you — his W slow combined with repeated empowered Q autos will shred you faster than you expect, especially if you are not inside him with Blue Kayn's E.
- Avoid fighting him after level 11 without a clear health advantage, as his R makes him nearly unkillable in a sustained duel.
