Who Wins

Pre-6, Jhin + Zyra win most 2v2 exchanges because Zyra's E root into Jhin's W trap combo deals more burst than you can sustain through, and your Q cannon form is too slow to reposition safely when rooted.
Post-6, the lane stays dangerous for you since Jhin's R can punish you through Janna's shields if you're caught out of position, but your R gives you a meaningful threat range that forces them to respect you.

You want to poke with your E from max range to stack passive stacks, then commit to a full trade only when Janna has her Q tornado ready to interrupt Zyra's E or Jhin's W — never engage without Janna's CC available.
Avoid extended trades in cannon form since Zyra's plants will out-sustain your DPS window and Jhin's passive burst punishes your immobility.

Push the wave with Q rockets to deny Zyra plant setup under your minions and force them to play further back, since Zyra wants a slow wave to stack plants safely.
Avoid letting the wave freeze near their tower because Zyra's zone control makes it nearly impossible to walk up and farm without eating heavy poke.

Do not switch to cannon form aggressively unless Zyra's E and Jhin's W are both on cooldown — being rooted in cannon form is a death sentence since you have no mobility and Jhin's fourth shot will crit you for massive damage.
Never stand in Zyra's plant clusters even if you think you're winning a trade, as the passive plant damage adds up faster than Janna's shields can compensate.
