Who Wins

  • You lose pre-6 due to Kai'Sa's superior DPS in extended trades and Rell's engage potential, but post-6 you gain significant kill pressure with R execution damage combined with Veigar's E setup.

Synergy & Trading

  • Use W to follow up on Veigar's E stun for guaranteed damage, then auto-Q-auto for your passive proc before backing off.
  • Never commit to extended auto-attack trades against Kai'Sa as she will out-DPS you with her passive stacks.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push early waves to establish range control and prevent Rell from finding easy W engages, but avoid overextending past river without vision.
  • After level 6, maintain slow pushes to set up picks with Veigar's E while keeping the wave in a position where your R can secure kills.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste W on minions for waveclear as you need it available to follow up on Veigar's stuns or to root Rell during her W animation.
