Who Wins
- You lose early trades pre-6 due to Fiora's superior poke with Q and vital procs, but can start winning extended fights once you have E max rank around level 5.
- Post-6 you win all-ins if you properly use E to dodge her W parry and have R for the defensive stats.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to wait for Fiora to use Q aggressively, then immediately Q onto her and activate E while autoing to force her W defensively.
- If she holds W, disengage with E stun rather than committing to a losing extended trade.
Wave Control
- You want to freeze the wave near your tower early to deny Fiora's ability to take short trades and escape safely.
- Push only when you can recall or roam, as Fiora will punish you in long lanes without jungle assistance.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use your Q to engage when Fiora has W available, as she can easily parry your jump and win the trade with the attack speed slow.
- Don't try to match her short trades early - you need extended fights with E and R to be effective.
