LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose most extended trades because Rumble's W gives him significant damage reduction and his passive-empowered autos deal substantial damage while you're trying to stack Q resets; you need a fully stacked passive (5 marks) before engaging, otherwise his sustained damage output beats yours.
- Post-6, you gain kill pressure if you can land E to stun him and burst through his W uptime, but his R can zone you off him and deny your Q resets, so the 1v1 advantage is conditional rather than guaranteed.
How to Trade
- Your best pattern is to stack your passive to 5 marks on minions first, then engage with E onto Rumble when his W is on cooldown or his heat bar is low, chain Q resets through minions to sustain your health, and look to finish the trade before his W comes back up.
- Never fight him in a prolonged back-and-forth where he can cycle W multiple times, as his damage reduction and consistent damage will outlast your burst window.
Wave Control
- You want to shove the wave quickly when his W is on cooldown to deny him safe farming and force him to take poke, then reset and look for an all-in when he's low or mistimes his heat management.
- Avoid letting him slow-push into you under tower, as his R and W make defending a large wave under tower extremely dangerous for you.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not engage when your passive is at zero or low stacks — without the damage and healing amplification from a full passive, you cannot win trades against his W damage reduction and you will simply take free damage.
- Also avoid fighting inside his R placement, as the persistent damage will interrupt your Q reset rhythm and force you out of the trade prematurely.
