LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose to Graves if he plays aggressively at level 1-2 because his burst damage and range advantage let him chunk you before your passive healing can compensate — at level 3 you have your full kit but his Q shotgun pattern still outdamages your short trade output.
- Post-6 you gain a meaningful advantage because your R gives you poke to soften him before all-ins and your sustained damage with healing becomes very hard for him to outlast.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to use your E to dash onto him and trigger your empowered attacks, then immediately pop your W if he tries to Q-E burst you — this negates his main damage window and lets your passive healing work while he's on cooldown.
- Force extended fights where your attack speed steroid from E and max HP damage passive compound over several seconds rather than letting him dictate short burst exchanges.
Wave Control
- Play for slow pushes and extended lane states where you can farm safely under your W if threatened, as Graves wants to crash waves and create all-in windows where your healing doesn't have time to matter.
- If he shoves hard, respect the wave and don't overextend for trades — let the wave reset and look for all-ins when he's overextended or his E is on cooldown.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your W reactively after he has already landed his Q — the burst has already hit you and you've wasted your most important defensive tool on a trade that's already resolved.
- Save your W proactively to block his Q or his E dash angle, not as a panic button after damage is done.
