LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win this matchup cleanly at all early levels: your Q silence stops Mundo from throwing Q during trades, your W negates his damage, and his sustain is not yet online enough to outlast your burst pattern.
- Post-6 the matchup becomes significantly harder because Mundo's R grants him a massive HP buffer and his passive regeneration makes him nearly unkillable in extended fights unless you can execute him with your R below the threshold.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to Q in to silence Mundo immediately, preventing his Q from being thrown, then E spin through him and disengage with W active to minimize return damage.
- Short, decisive trades favor you heavily — do not let the fight drag on because Mundo's sustain will eventually outpace your damage output in a prolonged exchange.
Wave Control
- Freeze the wave near your side of the lane when possible to force Mundo to walk up and take Q trades in an unfavorable position, denying him the ability to safely poke you with Q from range.
- Avoid hard shoving into his tower early because Mundo clears waves efficiently with E and you gain little from giving him a free reset window to regenerate HP.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not ignore Mundo's Q poke over extended periods — even if each individual Q feels minor, the cumulative damage will push you out of lane or force you into a fight where his sustain advantage grows.
- Avoid using your R speculatively; Mundo's R dramatically increases his HP pool and if he uses R before you commit your R, you will likely fail the execute and waste your kill pressure entirely.
