LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Quinn wins this lane convincingly due to her superior range, consistent harass with her passive-empowered autos, and the threat of E to close gaps and proc her passive again — your Q range is shorter than her auto range and she can punish every barrel placement attempt.
- Post-6, you gain meaningful agency through R mobility and global pressure, but in a straight 1v1 on-lane she still wins unless you land a barrel chain into a full combo with ignite, which requires her to make a mistake.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to bait her E by standing near a pre-placed barrel, then W the blind and detonate the barrel during her E animation when she's committed and immobile — this is the only window where you can trade favorably.
- Outside of that specific setup, short trades heavily favor her, so avoid extended autos and look to Q poke from max range to stack passive barrels for burst rather than committing to full trades.
Wave Control
- Push the wave consistently to deny her the space to harass you freely, as a slow-pushing or even wave forces her to choose between farming under tower and engaging — she excels when the wave is neutral or in her favor near the center of the lane.
- Use barrel combos to shove efficiently and look to back or roam with R when the wave is crashing, since staying in a losing lane 1v1 without a lead is a losing proposition.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not attempt to place barrels in open, predictable positions without a follow-up plan, as Quinn will simply auto-attack you during the barrel placement animation and force you to either W defensively or take free damage.
- Avoid using W reactively to her E — save it proactively or use it during her E commit, because if she hasn't used E yet, your W just delays the trade and she can wait it out and re-engage.
