Who Wins
- Pre-6, Twitch has no reliable way to trade back if you engage with Q into auto-E, but his W poison stacking and range advantage at level 1-2 mean you take free poke if you walk up without Q available.
- Post-6, you win the all-in decisively: R onto Twitch deletes most of his HP, and his lack of mobility or burst means he cannot escape or retaliate before dying.
How to Trade
- Your best trade is Q onto Twitch to close the gap, auto-E to dodge his auto-attacks and poison stacking, then re-engage once E cooldown ends with another Q to finish.
- Never let him sit at range and stack W on you passively — you need to force short, explosive trades rather than extended skirmishes where his poison does its work.
Wave Control
- Push the wave aggressively early to deny him safe farm and force him to walk up, exposing him to your all-in.
- Once you hit 6, you can freeze near your tower to bait him forward, then R-Q burst him under pressure — he has no escape tool to punish a freeze.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use E purely defensively to dodge his autos and then back off repeatedly — this wastes your window to deal damage and lets him freely stack poison on you over time.
- Fizz wins by converting trades into kills, not by surviving poke.
