Who Wins

  • Pre-6: Talon wins trades with superior range and burst from W+Q combos while you lack escape tools.
  • Post-6: You win all-ins with E dodging his full combo and R providing additional gap close and damage.

How to Trade

  • Wait for Talon to use W on minions, then E onto him for W+Q+auto before using E again to escape his retaliation.
  • Never trade when his W is available as he'll out-damage you with the passive proc and you can't dodge it reliably.

Wave Control

  • Push early levels with W to match his roam timing, then freeze near your tower once you have E maxed.
  • You want short lanes for all-ins while denying his ability to shove and roam freely.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't use E aggressively without vision of enemy jungler or when Talon has ignite available.
  • Getting caught without your escape tool against his burst and ignite damage will result in death even if you're ahead.
