Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 to her range and poke but can punish her if she mispositions or wastes E.
- Post-6 you become the stronger duelist as your R gives you safety to engage while her R often puts her in danger, allowing you to win extended fights.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is Q to slow and waveclear, then look for W setup into E-auto-Q2 combo when she steps up.
- Use your passive movement speed to dodge her Q and close gaps, saving E for when you can guarantee the full combo or need to escape.
Wave Control
- Focus on shoving waves with Q to match her push and prevent free roams, then look for flanking angles in river fights.
- After 6, you can afford to take more aggressive positioning as your R provides safety, allowing you to threaten all-ins when she overextends.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste W without proper setup as the long cast time telegraphs your intentions and good Zoes will simply back off.
- Avoid chasing her through unwarded areas where she can land long-range Qs, and don't engage without your R available as she can kite you effectively with E and movement speed.
