LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6 you have a meaningful advantage because your passive burst and E mobility let you trade favorably and escape his Q reliably; post-6 the matchup becomes more dangerous since his R can close distance instantly and ignore your positioning, but your own R gives you a safety valve that largely neutralizes his all-in threat as long as you track his cooldowns.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to proc your passive with quick autos and an empowered W zone, then disengage with E before he can land a charged Q or activate his W shield; look to re-engage after his W is on cooldown, as that is the window where his damage mitigation is lowest and your burst can chunk him significantly.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slight freeze or slow-push to deny him CS under tower, since his tower-diving potential with R is real once he has items; avoid letting him build a massive wave that he can crash into your tower, as the resulting reset gives him free roam pressure and you lose the lane tempo advantage your kit naturally generates.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not stand inside his W activation zone when it is glowing, as the knockup and stun will set up a full combo that you cannot E out of in time; also avoid using your R purely as an escape tool when you are ahead — saving it only defensively means you forfeit the kill pressure that makes this matchup winnable for you.
