Pre-6, you and Blitzcrank win this lane — at level 2 when Blitzcrank gets Q, any hook onto Ezreal or Nami results in a kill or forced flash because your spinning axe damage is among the highest in the game at that stage.
Post-6, you continue to win the 2v2 as long as Blitzcrank's R is available to silence Nami before she can heal or bubble, since Ezreal's R poke does not threaten you enough to change the outcome.

Your best pattern is to let Blitzcrank hook a target, then immediately stack your axes on the hooked champion — Nami's W heal cannot keep up with your burst if you land two or three axe autos during the hook duration.
If Blitzcrank misses his Q, back off and reset your axes rather than fighting into Nami's Q bubble threat.

Slow-push the wave to build a large wave that crashes into their tower, forcing Ezreal to choose between taking tower damage and walking up into hook range — this denies him CS and creates repeated hook opportunities for Blitzcrank.
