Who Wins

  • Pre-6 you win this matchup convincingly from level 1 onward because your W slow removes her escape after she engages, and your E guarantees you can pull her back into full passive stacks; level 3 is your strongest spike since you have all three abilities to lock her down and bleed her out.
  • Post-6 you remain the dominant duelist because your R executes her before her reset can save her, especially if you have even partial passive stacks before the fight.

How to Trade

  • Your best pattern is to bait her Q poke by walking slightly forward, then immediately E when she steps in to follow up, W to slow her escape, and auto-attack to the outer edge of your Q to stack bleed to five; once she is at five stacks and below 40% health, R ends the fight.
  • Avoid chasing her into jungle without vision because her packmates deal meaningful damage in extended chases and she can kite you in open space.

Wave Control

  • You want to slow-push the wave into a large crash, then back or roam, because she has no reliable way to stop your shove and a large minion wave under her tower forces her to choose between losing CS and overextending.
  • Freezing near your side of the lane is also strong once you have an HP lead, as it forces her to walk up into your E range to farm.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not waste your E on a minion or use it when she is already outside pull range, because missing E removes your primary lockdown tool and she will immediately trade back or disengage freely for the next 14 seconds.
  • Darius players who panic-E at max range when she dashes away often lose the kill opportunity and give her a free window to poke you down.
