Pre-6, you and Ahri have a meaningful level 3 spike — Ahri's E into your passive autos and Q bomb is a strong all-in that Ezreal cannot escape without burning E, and Zyra's plants are slow enough that you can dodge them while trading.
Post-6, your R spam combined with Ahri's R mobility makes you the clear 2v2 winners because Ezreal cannot sustain the missile pressure and Zyra has no mobility to avoid Ahri's three-dash engage.

Your best pattern is to let Ahri land E first, then immediately proc Sheen with an auto, follow with Q bomb on their position, and use E to shred their resistances during the lockdown window — this sequence deals massive burst because your passive true damage stacks with every auto during the charm duration.
Never initiate yourself because you have no reliable gap-closer; your W is an escape tool, not an engage, so let Ahri create the opportunity.

Push the wave with your R missiles to maintain pressure and deny Ezreal his Q poke rhythm — Ezreal wants to poke from range while the wave is neutral, so keeping the wave pushed forces him to farm under pressure or lose CS.
Use R ammo refresh on minions between trades to always have missiles ready for the next Ahri engage window.

Do not use W as an engage tool — it is your only escape and burning it to chase Ezreal when he E's away will leave you stranded and vulnerable to Zyra's root follow-up.
Many Corki players waste W aggressively and then have no answer when Ezreal E's behind them and Zyra roots them in the fire trail.
