Pre-6, you win this lane clearly — your range lets you poke Aphelios freely, and Milio's E shield combined with trap zoning means Nami cannot safely walk up to trade.
Post-6, you maintain the advantage because your R provides a reliable kill threat and Milio's R can cleanse Nami's W if she tries to all-in, keeping the lane in your control.

Your best trading pattern is to place traps in the minion wave to zone Aphelios off CS, then auto-poke him when he is forced to path around them — this creates a constant HP deficit without requiring you to commit to a full trade.
When Nami uses W aggressively, immediately back off with E and let Milio heal you rather than trading back into her E empowered autos.

Push the wave consistently and use trap placement under the enemy tower to deny Aphelios safe CS — traps near the tower force him to either take headshot damage or lose minions.
Avoid freezing unless you are significantly ahead, as a freeze gives Nami more time to look for W angles on you.
