Pre-6, you do not win the 2v2 freely — Kai'Sa matches your range with her Q poke and Rakan's W shield absorbs your headshots, so the lane is roughly even unless Leona lands a level 2 E.
Post-6, you win if Leona lands R because your headshot on a stunned target combined with E trap placement is a near-guaranteed kill that Rakan's W cannot fully negate.

Your best pattern is to place E traps at chokepoints before Leona engages so that the enemy stepping back triggers a headshot proc — this turns Leona's all-in into a two-hit kill window rather than a single-lockdown gamble.
Do not try to headshot-trade in open space against Kai'Sa's range without Leona's CC anchoring the target.

You want a slow push into a freeze reset, building a large wave to crash and deny Kai'Sa CS under tower, because Kai'Sa needs items to scale and a bounced freeze punishes her hard.
Avoid letting the wave sit in the middle where Rakan can freely W-poke you without risk.

Do not use E reactively as an escape tool when Rakan engages — if you burn E to dodge his W, you lose your trap setup for Leona's follow-up engage and the kill window disappears.
