LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you lose the scuttle fight against Hecarim if he reaches you with E momentum and chains his W sustain into trades — your W bleed and E engage are strong but Hecarim's speed advantage lets him dictate the fight's start and end.
- At level 6, you win the 1v1 if you land your E knockback into a wall to extend the stun duration, then immediately chain your full combo with W active, as your sustained damage and healing during W outscale his once he can't disengage.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Hecarim typically runs a full clear starting red or blue depending on side, prioritizing raptors and gromp for efficiency, then contesting scuttle around 3:15–3:30 using his E to burst onto the crab.
- He will often look for early ganks on lanes with CC or post-6 dives, so expect him on pushed lanes or bot side around level 4–5.
Invade or Not
- You should invade Hecarim at his second buff around 3:00–3:15 if you started opposite side, as he is vulnerable between camps and your W sustain lets you fight at partial HP.
- Target his red or blue buff depending on his start, but avoid fighting him in open jungle corridors where his E gives him the angle advantage — force the fight in tight camp areas where his mobility is less impactful.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not blindly E onto Hecarim in open terrain without a wall nearby, as you will waste your primary CC tool and he can simply E away or through you, resetting the fight on his terms.
- Your W healing is strong but not infinite — if you let him poke you down with repeated E passes before you engage, you will enter the fight at a deficit that your sustain cannot recover from.
