LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you win the scuttle fight against Fizz if you can land your E to close the gap and sustain through his poke with your passive healing — Fizz has no reliable way to disengage once you're on top of him at early levels without his E cooldown available.
- From level 6, you win the 1v1 if you activate your R early to build stacks and force Fizz to burn his E before you fully commit, as his E is his only real escape tool and without it he cannot dodge your sustained damage.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Fizz most commonly runs a full clear starting Red Buff side, prioritizing Raptors and Wolves before contesting scuttle, or alternatively starts Blue Buff and looks for an early gank on a priority lane around level 3 — he favors lanes with crowd control to set up his E assassination pattern.
- Expect him to path toward whichever side lane has an overextended target, as his entire early game revolves around finding a kill to snowball rather than farming efficiently.
Invade or Not
- You should invade Fizz at his second or third camp (around 2:30–3:00) when you know his starting side, because your early clear speed and passive sustain let you duel him at full health while he is mid-clear and partially damaged — target his buff opposite side to deny resources and force a bad fight on his terms.
- Avoid invading post-level 6 without vision, as Fizz's burst combo with his R can delete you if you are caught in a bad position without your own R stacks built up.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not blindly chase Fizz into terrain or toward his team after he uses his E — his E repositioning is designed to bait aggressive melee champions like you into overextending, and you will frequently find yourself out of position and collapsed on.
- Respect his E cooldown window and only commit your full combo when you confirm his E is on cooldown, otherwise you will waste your engage and lose the trade.
