Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Kai'Sa are the stronger duo because your Q pull is an immediate kill setup that Leona cannot interrupt once it lands, and Senna's low base health makes her a one-rotation kill target.
Post-6, Leona's R shifts the dynamic because she can initiate from outside your Q range, and if she lands R on Kai'Sa while your Q is on cooldown, you have no answer — the lane becomes a coin flip on who engages first.

Your best trading pattern is to hook Senna specifically, not Leona, because Leona's W passive absorbs damage and she is designed to be engaged on.
A hook onto Senna followed by Kai'Sa's full rotation kills her before Leona can peel, and Leona without Senna is not a kill threat.

You should not roam because your value is entirely in your Q threat in lane — leaving Kai'Sa alone against Leona is a death sentence for her.
The only exception is if you have secured a kill and the wave is frozen under their tower, in which case a quick mid Q-hook can secure a second kill before returning.

Do not use your Q on Leona when she walks up aggressively — she wants to be hooked because it puts her in melee range to engage, and your hook gives her a free E-Q-W combo on Kai'Sa.
Patience with your Q is the most important skill in this matchup; a missed or misused Q is a lost trade.
