Who Wins
- Pre-6 you dominate through range and soldier poke, easily winning trades as long as you respect his E engage range.
- Post-6 becomes more dangerous as Jax's R makes him very tanky, but you still win if you can maintain distance and use R to disengage his all-ins.
How to Trade
- Constantly poke with W-Q soldier repositioning while staying outside his Q range, then use Q to reposition soldiers away when he tries to engage.
- When he uses E, immediately Q your soldiers away from his landing spot and continue kiting with auto attacks from maximum range.
Wave Control
- Push aggressively early to build a CS lead and deny his freeze attempts, using soldiers to both harass and clear waves efficiently.
- Keep the wave in the middle or slightly pushed so you have room to kite backwards when he engages, avoiding positions near walls where his E becomes harder to escape.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never let Jax get on top of you without your Q available, as you'll lose any extended melee fight even with your R knockback.
- Don't waste Q aggressively for poke when Jax has E available, as you'll have no escape tool when he jumps on you.
