Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior range and Q-E burst trades, and maintain advantage post-6 with better waveclear and zone control despite his kill threat.
- Your Q disrupts his positioning for W placement while your wall can trap him for easy follow-up damage.
How to Trade
- Lead with Q when he steps up for CS or Q stacks, then immediately E for the double damage proc before backing away.
- Use your range advantage to auto-attack him during his spell cooldowns, as he has no sustain and limited mobility to respond.
Wave Control
- Use R-E to quickly clear his pushed waves and maintain priority, then look to roam or set up vision control.
- Keep waves in neutral positions where you can use wall to cut off his escape routes while maintaining safe positioning for yourself.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q on minions when he's in range to punish you, as this removes your primary trading and self-peel tool.
- Never get caught in melee range where he can guarantee W-Q-R combo, especially after level 6 when his burst can one-shot you through egg form.
