LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you win the scuttle fight against Viego if you land your E dash to close the gap and chain your Q procs efficiently — Viego's early damage is respectable but your burst pattern with stacked Q hits harder in a short trade window.
- At level 6, you have a reliable kill window if you engage with E, use W to negate his W healing, and burn him down before he can stack his passive reset loop; if he gets a reset mid-fight, disengage immediately or you will lose.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Viego typically starts Red Buff side, clears Red > Raptors > Wolves > Blue > Gromp or mirrors the standard full clear, and will look to gank mid or top around level 3-4 if a lane is pushed up.
- He prioritizes getting to level 6 quickly to enable his R possession resets, so expect him to full clear rather than duel early.
Invade or Not
- You should invade Viego at his second buff (around 3:15-3:30) when he is low from his first clear — target his Blue side if he started Red, as he will be at reduced HP and his W sustain won't have fully compensated yet.
- Avoid invading post-level 6 without vision, because his R possession on you mid-fight is a hard counter to your all-in pattern and can instantly flip the fight.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not let Viego proc his passive on a dying ally or jungle monster mid-fight — if he gets even one possession reset, his effective HP and damage output spike dramatically and your burst window closes.
- Avoid extended fights where he can cycle W for healing; your win condition is a fast, decisive trade, not a prolonged skirmish.
