Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Samira win this lane: your level 2 W+Q onto Xayah forces Brand into a reactive position, and Samira's immediate follow-up prevents them from trading back effectively.
Post-6, Brand's R punishes your engage hard — if you W+Q into both of them and Brand has R up, the AoE bounce can kill Samira mid-combo, so post-6 all-ins require you to confirm Brand's R is on cooldown or baited out first.

Your best pattern is to W onto Xayah specifically — not Brand — because displacing the ADC separates the duo and forces Brand to either follow up in a bad position or watch Samira kill Xayah alone.
Use Q immediately after W to knock Xayah further from Brand's support range, then use E to sustain through any poke Brand lands during the trade.

You should roam, but only after a successful all-in that burns Xayah's Flash or kills her — crashing the wave first is mandatory before roaming, otherwise Brand can freely poke Samira 1v1 and she has no peel.
Optimal roam timing is post-level 6 when your ult gives you dive potential mid or when you have confirmed the bot lane wave is pushing toward the enemy tower.

Do not W+Q into Brand's E — if he lands his stun on you mid-engage, your entire combo is interrupted and Samira is left exposed in melee range with no setup.
Avoid using your R to escape Brand's combo, as it removes your offensive tools and leaves Samira without peel, which is often worse than simply absorbing the damage and staying in the fight.
