- Pre-6, you do not hard win this lane — Riven's level 3 all-in with Q-W-E is dangerous if she closes the gap, and your Q poke plus passive healing only give you an edge if you respect her engage range and avoid extended trades.
- Post-6, your R fundamentally changes the matchup by giving you three repositioning dashes that let you dodge her Q knockups, disengage losing trades, and punish any overextension she makes.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to poke with Q at max range to stack passive healing, then use E to charm her when she steps up to trade or dashes in, following immediately with W and Q return for burst.
- Never let her complete her full Q chain into W stun — if she gets that off, you take significant damage and your charm may be on cooldown, leaving you with no escape tool.
