LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Lissandra's Q poke is annoying but her range is only moderate and she has no sustain, so if you absorb her Q and immediately walk up for a full Q combo with E repositioning, you win the trade because your E passive omnivamp recovers the poke damage faster than she can reset her cooldowns.
- Post-6, your R gives you enough healing and AD to all-in her before she can disengage with her R, but you must respect her R as an escape tool — if she uses it offensively to stun herself and survive, you lose the kill window.
How to Trade
- The optimal trade pattern is to bait her Q by walking toward her, then E sideways to dodge the follow-up and immediately land your first Q stage, using your second E to close the gap for the sweet spot on Q3 while she has no mobility to escape.
- Never extend a trade when her W is up, as it will root you in place and let her disengage or set up a gank — trade in short bursts and back off until W is on cooldown.
Wave Control
- You want to shove the wave early to deny her safe poke under tower, because Lissandra's wave clear is decent but not instant, and forcing her to last-hit under pressure reduces her ability to freely harass you.
- Once you have a health advantage, freeze near your side of the lane to force her to overextend for CS, which opens all-in opportunities where your R can secure the kill before she reaches tower safety.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not walk in a straight line toward her, as her Q is a narrow skillshot that she can reliably land on predictable movement, and eating repeated Q pokes without trading back will drain your health faster than your omnivamp can recover.
- Avoid using all three E charges purely for mobility without a committed trade, because losing your E charges means you have no repositioning tool to land Q sweet spots and the matchup becomes significantly harder.
