Who Wins
- You can win short trades pre-6 by using your range advantage and plant damage, but you lose extended fights once he gets his passive up.
- Post-6 you lose hard since R traps you in a 1v1 where your mobility and range advantages are negated.
How to Trade
- Poke with Q and auto attacks while maintaining maximum range, using plants to zone him away from minions and create safe trading windows.
- Never let him get close enough to land E, and use your superior range to harass him when he goes for last hits.
Wave Control
- Keep the wave frozen or slightly pulling toward you to maintain safe positioning, using plants to control brush and prevent his flanking attempts.
- Avoid pushing unless you can recall safely, as being overextended against his E pull and passive movement speed is extremely dangerous.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't get caught in melee range where he can proc his passive, as the damage aura and movement speed will let him run you down.
