LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose extended trades against Jax at every level because his E negates your W poke and his sustained damage outpaces your blob healing in short windows; post-6, your R changes the dynamic significantly — a well-timed R knockup interrupts his E and lets you chain your full combo, making the 1v1 more viable if you can land it cleanly.
How to Trade
- Your best pattern is to poke with W from max range to force Jax to either take chip damage or waste movement trying to close the gap, then only commit to a full trade when you have 4 blobs stacked and your R available — never fight him in a prolonged melee exchange without your R as a reset tool.
Wave Control
- Let the wave push toward you early so you can safely collect blobs from W without overextending, and use the minion wave as a buffer to make Jax's Q dashes more predictable and punishable; once you hit 6, look to set up a gank with your jungler rather than trying to solo kill him, as your R is far more valuable in a 2v1 scenario.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E as an engage tool into Jax without your R available — if he E-counters your landing, you are committed to a melee fight with no escape and no knockup, which is exactly the scenario where he kills you; your E should primarily be used to escape or to set up ganks, not as a solo engage.
