Who Wins

  • You lose short trades early since Vi has superior burst and escape tools while you need time to build Determination stacks.

How to Trade

  • Use W to pull Vi when she tries to disengage after her Q-E combo, then follow up with Q healing trades to build stacks.
  • Look for extended fights where your Determination scaling and Q sustain outvalue her burst cooldowns.

Wave Control

  • Let Vi push early then freeze near your tower to create longer lanes for chasing with E dashes and W pulls.
  • You want to farm safely until you have items and can start winning the sustained trades that your kit demands.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste W on minions when Vi is looking to trade, as it's your only tool to prevent her from disengaging after her combo.
