Who Wins
- You lose early 1v1s as Ambessa has superior mobility and burst damage with her dash combos while you need time to stack Determination.
- At level 6, you gain significant kill pressure with R's AoE damage and Determination stacks, but Ambessa's R gives her even more mobility to kite your engage.
How to Trade
- Look for extended trades using Q's double strike and healing, then follow up with W pull to keep Ambessa in range for more autos.
- Avoid short burst trades where she can dash in with abilities then escape before you can stack Determination effectively.
Wave Control
- Push early waves to build small Determination stacks from minions, but be ready to freeze when Ambessa roams since she has better map mobility.
- Control the wave near your tower post-6 to force her into your R range when she tries to engage.
