LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose short trades against Kai'Sa and Zyra — Zyra's root into Kai'Sa burst happens faster than you can stack your Q to 2 on champions, and you have no mobility to escape or reposition.
- Post-6, your R fundamentally changes the matchup: the permanent Q activation, laser W slow, and dash E let you force extended fights where Nami's healing and your sustained damage overwhelm Kai'Sa's burst window.
Synergy & Trading
- Use your W to slow Kai'Sa before activating R so she cannot easily disengage once your Transcendent State begins — the slow into Nami bubble setup is your primary all-in pattern.
- During R, prioritize hitting your laser W on Kai'Sa specifically, as her immobility during the slow combined with your splash on-hit and Nami's empowered autos will kill her before Zyra can root you out of the fight.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Play passively pre-6 and focus on stacking your Q on minions safely — do not take extended trades without R because Zyra's root denies your stacking window and Kai'Sa's passive burst punishes you hard.
- After level 6, look to all-in when Zyra's W is on cooldown, as her root is the only ability that can meaningfully interrupt your R window and save Kai'Sa.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not activate R without a clear engage path — using your 15-second Transcendent State in a situation where Zyra immediately roots you and Kai'Sa disengages wastes your primary power spike and leaves you vulnerable for the cooldown duration.
- Your R is not an escape tool pre-dash upgrade, so committing to a bad fight with R active is a critical mistake that gives the lane back to Kai'Sa and Zyra.
