Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Tristana's range advantage lets her poke you before you stack Q, and Camille can engage on you while you have no dash to escape.
Post-6, your R gives you a 15-second window where your sustained damage and mobility flip the fight, but only if Braum has already applied CC to prevent Tristana from jumping away.

Your best pattern is to let Braum initiate CC on Tristana, then activate R immediately to get your Q splash and W laser online — the W slow during R is critical to keeping Tristana from E-escaping your damage window.
Avoid auto-attacking Camille first; she will parry your crits and punish the trade, so focus Tristana and let Braum handle Camille's engage.

Play for a slow push into a freeze near your tower pre-6 to deny Tristana's level advantage and reduce her poke windows.
Post-6, look to crash a big wave and all-in under their tower with R, since your E dash during R lets you reposition over walls to avoid Camille's follow-up.

Do not activate R reactively after you've already taken heavy poke — your R requires you to be healthy enough to survive the initial burst from Camille before your damage ramps up.
Walking up to trade without Braum's CC already applied means Tristana will freely kite you while Camille dives you, and you have no escape pre-R.
