Who Wins
- You lose early trades pre-6 due to Tryndamere's superior sustained damage and crit RNG, but can start winning extended trades around level 3-4 when you have Q3 knockup and W shield.
- Post-6 you win all-ins if you dodge his W slow and use R to follow his R escape or re-engage after it expires.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is Q1-Q2 on minions, then E forward with Q3 knockup into W shield, auto-Q reset, then E back to safety before he can retaliate with full fury.
- Never trade without your E escape ready as his sustained damage will overwhelm you in extended fights.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or freeze near your tower early to avoid his all-in potential, then look for fast pushes post-6 to roam or dive him under tower.
- Avoid hard shoving early as it gives him free farm and sets up ganks in the long lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
