Who Wins
- You lose early trades levels 1-3 due to Syndra's superior poke and Q spam forcing you to use your shield defensively.
- At level 6, you gain kill pressure with your ultimate engage, but Syndra still has the advantage if she lands her stun combo.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to use Q3 tornado to engage when Syndra wastes her scatter the weak, then follow up with W shield and E spirit rush for extended trades.
- Always look to trade when your passive shield is available and disengage before it expires.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or freeze near your tower early to avoid extended poke trades in the middle of the lane.
- After level 6, look to crash waves and roam since Syndra will have priority in most neutral states.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use your E spirit rush aggressively without your Q3 tornado ready, as Syndra can easily punish your return with her full combo.
- Avoid fighting in minion waves where she can use minions for additional sphere damage and stuns.
