Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 trades due to Lissandra's superior range and Q poke combined with her ability to disengage with E when you try to engage.
- Post-6 you gain kill pressure with R engage potential, but she can still match your all-in with her own R and burst combo.
How to Trade
- You want to stack Q on minions then look for E-Q3 trades when her abilities are on cooldown, immediately disengaging with E2 to avoid extended trades.
- Avoid trading when her Q is available as she'll poke you down and disengage with E before you can respond meaningfully.
Wave Control
- You should push early levels to get priority and roam timing, but be careful not to overextend as her jungler ganks are deadly with W setup.
- After 6, look to freeze near your tower to create longer lanes for all-ins where she can't easily escape to her tower.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use E aggressively when her W is available as she can easily interrupt your engage and turn the trade heavily in her favor.
