Who Wins
- You lose early levels 1-3 as Galio's Q poke and passive shield trades are stronger than your basic abilities.
- At level 6, you gain a significant advantage with your ultimate's mobility and damage potential against Galio's immobile kit.
How to Trade
- You should look for short trades using Q3 knockup into W shield, then immediately back off before Galio can respond with his full combo.
- Extended trades favor Galio due to his tankiness and sustained damage from passive procs.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or freeze near your side of the lane to set up all-ins with your ultimate.
- Avoid hard shoving as this gives Galio free roam opportunities and makes you vulnerable to ganks without escape options.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You must avoid using your E aggressively without vision of the enemy jungler, as you'll be completely vulnerable during the return dash.
