Who Wins
- Pre-6: You lose trades due to Anivia's superior range and Q-E burst combo that you cannot effectively answer.
- Post-6: You win all-ins if you can land E-Q3-R combo, as Anivia's egg form gives you a free reset to finish her off.
How to Trade
- Wait for Anivia to use Q for waveclear or miss it on you, then immediately E forward into Q3-W-AA combo before backing out.
- Never try to trade when her Q is available as she will land it easily during your E animation.
Wave Control
- Push waves hard early to prevent Anivia from freezing and controlling the lane with her superior range.
- After level 6, look to crash waves and roam since extended laning favors her zone control and scaling.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use E aggressively when Anivia has Q available, as she can easily land it during your dash and follow up with E-AA for massive damage.
- Avoid fighting in her R zone as the slow makes it impossible to dodge her Q or escape her damage.
