- Post-6 you can win all-ins if you dodge Q with E dashes and use W to block his R, but mistiming either ability results in instant death.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is E through minions to gap close, auto-Q-auto, then E back through minions to safety.
- Never extend trades without minion waves as Malzahar will out-sustain you with his passive shield and superior range.
Wave Control
- Push waves hard early to prevent Malzahar from free farming and scaling, but be ready to thin push or freeze when he hits 6.
- You want to maintain minion waves for E mobility while denying him safe farming positions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use W preemptively or waste it on his Q poke - save it specifically for his R channel.
- Getting caught without minions for E mobility is instant death post-6, so always maintain wave positioning for escape routes.
