Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-3 hard due to Darius's superior base damage and all-in potential with ghost/flash.
- At level 6, you still lose the 1v1 unless Darius severely misplays his cooldowns or you have a significant item advantage.
How to Trade
- You must trade with short Q pokes while staying outside his Q outer ring range, then immediately dash away through minions.
- Never extended trade or all-in unless he wastes his E pull on minions or misses his Q completely.
Wave Control
- You need to freeze the wave near your tower to create a long lane for dashing and avoid his all-in potential.
- Push only when you have jungle pressure or when Darius recalls, as being pushed up makes you extremely vulnerable to his ghost runs.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never dash aggressively onto Darius or stay in melee range after trading, as his passive stacks will kill you.
- Don't use your windwall defensively against his abilities since none are projectiles - save it for jungle ganks or roam plays.
