LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose this lane convincingly.
- Urgot's W passive gives him consistent ranged poke and his E slows you while dealing damage, making it nearly impossible to close the gap safely; at level 3 he can chain E into W-empowered autos to chunk you heavily before you can land a meaningful Q.
- Post-6, you still do not win a straight 1v1 unless Urgot is significantly low, because his R executes you below a health threshold and your R does not provide enough burst to kill him before he can activate his own.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to wait for Urgot to waste his E on the wave or misposition, then use Q to close distance and proc your passive healing while auto-attacking; extended trades favor you slightly if you can sustain through his initial burst, but you must disengage before his E comes back up.
- Never engage when his W is already active, as the bonus attack speed and ranged autos will shred you faster than your Q heals.
Wave Control
- Push the wave consistently to deny Urgot free poke on you under tower, since standing in an open lane gives him free W-empowered harass with no counterplay.
- When the wave is near his tower, back off rather than diving, as his E and R create lethal all-in potential in tight spaces.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not attempt to all-in Urgot when you are below roughly 50% health, because his R threshold will execute you and turn a trade you thought you were winning into an instant death.
- Many Warwick players misread their passive healing as enough sustain to survive his R, which it is not.
