  • You win scuttle fights at level 3 through your Q stun and W bite combo, as Master Yi lacks escape tools and sustain to match your early damage.
  • From level 6, you can only guarantee wins when your R is available and Yi doesn't have his R ready, since his untargetability from Q and movement speed from R can make him escape or outplay you.

Predicted Jungle Path

  • Master Yi will likely start bot side krugs/gromp, clear towards scuttle, then look for a full clear into back or gank opportunities.
  • He prioritizes farming over early ganking and will avoid you in river fights unless he has a significant advantage.

Invade or Not

  • You should invade his jungle after successful ganks or when you spot him on the opposite side of the map, targeting his krugs or gromp camps.
  • The optimal timing is levels 4-5 when you're stronger but before he gets his R, and always ensure you have vision or team backup nearby.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't chase Master Yi through jungle corridors where he can Q over walls or into unwarded areas where his team might collapse.
  • Avoid fighting him in extended trades without your abilities up, as his sustained damage with E and basic attacks will eventually outdamage you.
