Who Wins
- You win pre-6 trades through superior range and Q shield, but Yone can all-in you if he lands Q3 knockup into full combo.
- Post-6 you have better zone control with R, but Yone's R gives him reliable gap-close to bypass your positioning advantage.
How to Trade
- Use Q for shield then immediately auto-attack for Discharge proc, follow with E if Yone commits to trade.
- Keep trades short and use your range advantage to poke without letting him stack Q or get in melee range.
Wave Control
- Push early waves with E to get priority and farm Hex Fragments safely, then maintain neutral positioning to avoid Yone's engage range.
- Once you have E augment, you can clear waves more efficiently and roam or back for items.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use W reactively when Yone is already on top of you - place it preemptively where he wants to go or use it to zone him from minions.
- Avoid face-checking bushes or walking too far forward without vision since Yone can easily punish overextension with his mobility.
