Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior range and poke with Q and E, as Mundo lacks gap closers and sustain early.
- Post-6 you maintain advantage since your R provides consistent zone control while Mundo's R doesn't help him reach you through your kiting tools.
How to Trade
- Use Q for shield and poke, then immediately back away to avoid Mundo's Q cleaver - the shield helps absorb his return damage.
- Follow up with E when he's slowed or predictably moving, and use W to zone him away from extended trades.
Wave Control
- Push waves with E to force Mundo under tower where his CS is harder, then roam or recall for items.
- Avoid slow pushing as it gives Mundo time to sustain with passive and potentially all-in you in a long lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't get hit by multiple Mundo Q cleavers in succession as the percent health damage adds up quickly despite your range advantage.
- Avoid face-checking bushes where Mundo might be waiting, as his all-in potential increases significantly if he gets on top of you.
