Scuttle Contest

  • You win scuttle fights level 3 if you land Q on Shaco since he has no reliable escape once engaged.
  • From level 6, you can only guarantee kills if you catch him without Q up or if you have flash to follow his Q.

Predicted Jungle Path

  • Shaco will likely start opposite side from you and look for early ganks level 2-3, often pathing Red->Krugs->Gank or Blue->Gromp->Gank.
  • He prioritizes lanes with CC or low mobility champions for easy kills.

Invade or Not

  • You should invade his jungle after successful ganks when you know his location, particularly targeting his camps while he's on the opposite side.
  • Optimal timing is when you're ahead in levels and have vision of him ganking bot side.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Never chase Shaco through unwarded areas or jungle corridors where he can kite you with boxes.
  • Avoid using your Q aggressively without knowing where his clone is, as you'll waste your gap closer on the wrong target.
