Who Wins
- You win trades levels 1-3 through consistent poke with Q and passive mark detonations, forcing Ekko to play defensively.
- At level 6, you maintain kill pressure but must respect Ekko's ultimate execute damage and escape potential.
How to Trade
- You should poke with Q whenever Ekko goes for CS, then detonate marks with auto attacks or other abilities for maximum damage.
- Save your E for when Ekko tries to engage with his E, as interrupting his dash with Fear gives you a free trade window.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or freeze the wave near your tower, forcing Ekko to overextend for CS where you can punish him with poke.
- Avoid hard shoving unless you can get a good recall timing, as Ekko will look to roam when waves are pushed.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You cannot waste your Fear passive on minions when Ekko has kill pressure, as it's your primary self-peel tool against his all-ins.
- Don't use your ultimate aggressively without vision of Ekko's position, as he can easily dodge it and counter-engage while it's on cooldown.
