Who Wins
- You lose most pre-6 trades due to lack of sustain and Yasuo's minion wave mobility advantage with E dashes.
- Post-6 you gain significant outplay potential with R stealth and can interrupt his R with well-timed E, but he still wins straight fights.
How to Trade
- You want to take quick Q auto trades when Yasuo uses abilities on minions, then immediately back off before he can gap close.
- Never commit to extended trades without your R stealth, as his sustained damage and shield will overwhelm you.
Wave Control
- You should look to freeze the wave on your side to deny Yasuo minions for his E mobility while staying near walls for E self-peel.
- Avoid pushing unless you can crash and reset, as being overextended against his gap close is dangerous.
Mistakes to Avoid
- You cannot afford to waste your E on Yasuo when his W wall is available, as it blocks the knockback entirely.
- Getting caught without E available when he has Q3 tornado or R ready will result in death due to your low early health pool.
