Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Thresh win the 2v2 clearly: Thresh's hook into your E onto a wall is a kill threat that Bard and Aphelios cannot match in raw lethality.
Post-6, you continue to win the 2v2 as your R makes you nearly untargetable during trades and your W true damage scales faster than Aphelios in short fights.

Your best pattern is to let Thresh land a hook or flay first, then immediately E the target into a wall to proc the stun, and auto-attack three times to stack W for the true damage burst.
Do not engage without Thresh's CC being available — you are too short-ranged to survive Aphelios's Calibrum poke if you walk up without a setup.

Do not push the wave — play for a slow push or freeze near your side of the lane to force Aphelios into dangerous positions to CS.
A freeze denies Aphelios farm while keeping Thresh's hook angles favorable and reducing Bard's ability to roam safely.

Do not use E reactively to dodge Bard's Q — save it as your primary engage tool onto a wall.
Using E defensively wastes your kill setup and leaves you unable to follow up on Thresh's hook.
