Who Wins
- You win levels 1-3 through superior base stats and Q poke range advantage over Vladimir's short-range Q.
- At level 6, you still maintain the advantage as your R execute threshold and all-in potential outweighs Vladimir's R teamfight utility in isolated duels.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern involves landing E to flip Vladimir into your W range, then activating W while walking around him to proc multiple leg shotguns.
- Follow up with Q when he tries to disengage, as the slow prevents easy escape and maximizes your damage window.
Wave Control
- Push early waves with Q to establish level advantage and zone Vladimir from CS, but avoid hard shoving after level 4 when his Q sustain becomes meaningful.
- Maintain a slow push or freeze near your side to create long trading windows where your sustained damage excels.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never waste your E engage tool for waveclear or minor poke, as Vladimir becomes significantly more dangerous when your flip is on cooldown.
- Avoid extended trades when Vladimir has his W available, as he can pool out of your W damage and turn the trade in his favor.
