Who Wins
- You win levels 1-3 through superior range with Q poke and W toggle damage, forcing Aatrox to take unfavorable trades when he tries to CS.
- At level 6, you still have the advantage since your R execute threshold and consistent DPS outweighs his burst potential if you position properly.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern involves Q poke into W toggle when Aatrox approaches, then E backwards to create distance while W continues dealing damage.
- Always look to proc your passive legs during extended trades, as the slow and damage from multiple leg procs will outdamage his Q combo.
Wave Control
- Push early waves with W to establish level advantage and zone Aatrox from CS, then maintain a slow push or freeze near your tower once he hits level 3-4.
- Your range advantage allows you to last hit safely while threatening him with Q poke if he steps up.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never fight Aatrox in extended melee range without your E available for repositioning, as his Q sweet spots and healing will overwhelm you.
- Avoid using R too early in fights - wait until he's around 25% HP since his healing can easily bring him above your execute threshold.
