Who Wins
- You win levels 1-3 with your superior auto attack damage and spin mobility, but Yorick becomes significantly stronger at level 6 with his ultimate.
- His Maiden and ghouls create a numbers advantage that makes extended trades heavily favor him.
How to Trade
- You should look for short trades using spin to engage, auto attack once or twice, then spin away before his ghouls can surround you.
- Avoid extended fights where his Q empowered auto and ghoul damage will out-trade your sustained damage.
Wave Control
- You want to keep the wave frozen near your tower early to deny Yorick farm and prevent him from building up graves for ghouls.
- After level 6, look to hard push and roam since you cannot match his split push pressure with Maiden up.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never fight Yorick when he has 3-4 graves ready and his ultimate available, as the combined damage from Maiden and ghouls will kill you even through your ultimate.
- Don't waste your spin aggressively when his W wall is up, as you'll be trapped and forced to burn ultimate or die.
